According to an article published in Kaiser Health News (KHN), there has been a sharp decrease in rates of dementia in senior citizens.

The article explains that a new study  published in JAMA Internal Medicine, has found   that the prevalence of dementia has fallen sharply in recent years, and attributes this decline most likely as a result of Americans’ rising educational levels and better heart health, which are both closely related to brain health.
